Bookings can only be made by calling the number 06.39.96.74.50, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Before calling

It is necessary to have the following information to hand:

• All information on the client requesting the booking (name, address, telephone and fax number, e-mail address) 
• The NUMBER of expected participants (including companions)
• The DATE and TIME of the expected visit, taking into account alternatives and any people who may require special assistance 

Booking methods

Any activity booked comes with its own booking reference code, which will be communicated to you by phone and fax or by e-mail with the BOOKING FORM which gives you a break-down of all the information required for the confirmation and carrying out of the activity.

Payment methods

The booking will only be deemed as valid upon payment.

Proof of payment needs to be sent by fax within five working days of booking to: +39.06.39.74.52.85
