Bookings can only be made by telephoning 0039.06.39.96.72.00 at any time Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Before calling

You need to have the following information to hand:

• All information about the school (name of the institute, address, telephone and fax number, e-mail address)
• The number of expected participants (students and teachers/helpers)
• The class to be taken 
• The DAY and the TIME scheduled for the activity, providing for alternatives
  any possible students who may need special arrangements / care

Booking methods

All activities booked come with a booking code which will be communicated to you via telephone and sent by fax or sent to your e-mail address along with the BOOKING FORM which gives a break-down of all the information needed for the confirmation and carrying out of the excursion.

Payment methods

The booking will only be deemed as valid upon full payment.

Proof of payment must be sent via fax within five working days of booking to +39.06.39.74.52.85
  
The rates agreed upon can be paid via:

When carrying out the payment make sure that the code indicated on the booking form is included.  The amounts should be considered as net of any bank or postal charges.
